• Easy to install and clean.the frame comes with flanges at top and bottom for easy positioning and a quick-release swing bolt that provides access for cleaning purposes.

Working priciple for easy-cleaning magnetic cartridge chute separator

The Easy-clean in housing magnetic grate offers retractable magnets placed inside sheaths,far easier way to clean just requiring very low downtimes. During the cleaning the magnetic cores are pulled out of the tubes and the captured magnetic impurities fall off spontaneously. Thanks to the encased version of the magnetic grate separator the neodymium cores are totally maintenance-free.
